You have to be medically fit before you are able to get a US visa. It is, therefore, better to know right at the start if you are medically fit otherwise you will be wasting a lot of your time and energy in going through the program and then being rejected at the end if you are found to be medical unfit. |

MHS is spending a large sum of money on you once you enter the program. The signing of the "Surety Bond" is necessary in case any candidate breaches the contract. In that case somebody from your family should take responsibility for your actions and pay the relevant amount to MHS, which MHS has already incurred on you. |

Yes, All current candidates in the system will be going through Direct NCLEX route. MHS is one of the very few companies in India applying this route. |

MHS, through its network of offices throughout India, will arrange for submission, stamping & despatch of your nursing council papers. You will only have to pay the actual fee towards this. Going through MHS will ensure that your papers are submitted promptly, in time and before the 'cut off date' before the CGFNS exam. This, in our experience, is one of the major reasons why many nurses fail to get rostered for the CGFNS exam quickly. MHS has a very high record of nurses getting rostered quickly. |

MHS will pay for your visa, attorney (legal), immigration & green card expenses, travel expenses and temporary lodging and boarding expenses when you arrive in the USA.
MHS will not pay for any of these expenses for your family who will be emigrating to the USA with you. Whilst you will leave for the US alone (and your family will follow you 3 months later) you will need to arrange for the payment of their immigration expenses at the time when your immigration application is being made (and which will be shortly after you pass your NCLEX & IELTS exam). Later, when your family joins you in the US, they will have to arrange for their own expenses for travel and accommodation. |

Nurse must have a minimum of one years experience at the time of joining the program and a minimum of 2 years of experience by the time she reaches the USA.The nurse must continue to work in a specific clinical area and there after until she leaves for us, since practical current work experience is a must prior to commencement of US hospital assignment.
She should have experience in "acute" areas such as ICU, ER, OR, NICU, PICU and burns. Medical/surgical experience is also acceptable but is not the top category that is needed in the USA. It is also important for you to understand that this experience must be current (i.e. in your present job). If you are not currently working in these areas then you can apply to MHS and join the program but you must arrange to change your working area to fit in with one of the above and you will only be considered for immigration after you have completed the one year experience requirement in the relevant area.
We will also consider freshers. However, they should start clinical experience as soon as possible and their immigration process will only start when they gain reasonable experience in critical area. |
